Hiring signals

Can hiring activity tell an owner which capabilities matter?

Yes: a detailed vacancy can reveal the work a firm expects a role to perform. It cannot prove that the firm has filled the role, that your engagement will receive that capability, or that a business intends to buy external tax advice.

This is a small, purposive evidence sample checked on 3 November 2026, not a vacancy census or a measured trend study. Public listings can remain visible after hiring closes. Employer-hosted material receives higher confidence than syndicated copies; salary bands retain their stated role and location.
